When you work with me…
We will use common sense approaches to change your negative thinking and develop meaningful coping strategies. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help transform your life through simple, small steps. CBT can help to manage and treat depression or anxiety or the effects of trauma. Real change can be achieved in 16-20 sessions. Sometimes, we might identify other areas where negative thinking is overwhelming you and extend therapy for as long as it is beneficial for you. We may also use other methods such as interpersonal psychotherapy and motivational interviewing to get to the root causes that trapped you. The goal is to build stronger relationships and bring more meaning to your life.
